All payments made to Tasdeek Legal Service are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or documents have been submitted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

If the service is not started from our side
If payment is made by mistake or duplicate payment
If we are unable to provide the service

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Government rejection of application
Delay caused by government authorities
Client provides incorrect information
Change of mind after service started
Partial work already completed

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it may take 5-7 business days to process the refund.

Service Charges

Government fees, consultation fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable.
